Koka Satyanarayana Rao enrolled as an Advocate in the year 1974. He worked in the chambers of his Uncle Sri K.Srinivasamurthy, Advocate, as a Junior for over 10 years. Appeared as a junior counsel for number of public sector and private sector companies such as State Bank of India, State Bank of Hyderabad, Andhra Bank, Port Trust, Hyderabad Allwyn Metal Works Limited, Hyderabad Industries Limited etc. before the Industrial Tribunal, Labour Court, Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and High Court. Thereafter Set up an independent practice and appeared as Standing Counsel for Andhra Pradesh State Handloom Weavers Cooperative Society Limited, Andhra Pradesh Irrigation Development Corporation, Food Corporation of India and became Legal Advisor for number of public limited companies such as Patel Roadways Limited, Nellimarla Jute Mills Company Limited, Nueland Laboratories Limited, ITW Signode India Limited and many more Private companies. Legal Advisor for number of cultural and social organizations such as Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Sri Rama Krishna Mutt, CC Shroff Memorial Hospital, Shadan College of Engineering and Technology and Family Planning Association of India.

Joined as Judicial Member in Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal on 6.11.2002 and demitted office on 5.11.2007. Rendered number of important judgments as a single member, division bench and full bench in the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

Re commenced practice as an advocate from 2008 onwards and appearing for No. of Institutions and establishments on the issues relating to ESI, EPF, Industrial disputes, consumer disputes and other related subjects.
